Prominis Medical Services has five primary care locations across Brooklyn, and we are also affiliated with Brooklyn and Methodist Hospitals. Our primary care physicians have been treating under the Prominis name since 2005, and in that time we have brought on many specialists to join the internal medicine and primary medicine team.

In addition to specialty services, patients come to us for drug and alcohol counseling, sleep studies, osteoperosis screenings, lung and nerve testing, and pain management/ physical rehabilitation. We even have providers who visit patients in the home.
