Dr. Volokh attended medical school at Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry in Russia. Later, he moved to the United States and graduated from NYIT College Of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York. As a physician, Dr. Volokh worked at several hospitals throughout Russia, Ukraine, and New York
